Children’s Art @PCF Cashew 2008
16 01 2008Here, I bought ready-made masks for the kids to explore their creative side. Maybe can include a masquerade party next time.
The kids tried out painting on paper directly. It was no easy session as the kids start to paint immediately on the paper the moment they open the tub. They were too eager to paint. I had to redo the lessons a few times as I guided them throughout the session.

A session where I taught the kids to draw seahorses and telling them stories about it.
The kids got to do a two page comic strip, it was so noisy as all of them had something to say for the lesson.
Humpty Dumpty, a lesson on nursery rhyme where the kids got to illustrate from it.
As always I will try to add some craft lessons to my sessions so the students have a hands on feel towards art. Shanna Tan and Elisa Toh ever happy when they do art.
Check out the money the kids draw, they could be designing the future money of Singapore soon.
Well, my younglings sketchbook seems to be better than mine as the weeks progress. Check out their lovely drawings.
It’s been a long time since I updated my blog. Been busy with work, will try to update and showcase all my younglings wonderful artwork.
My superhero lesson. The kids had a blast doing this cos they sure had a lot of of things to say about their character.
Lesson no. 4
This week I taught them to draw a cow. An animal which is easily recognizable but when it comes to drawing its hard to express. Let’s check out the colourful cows the kids had drawn.
Qiu Yu Qiong displaying her cow proudly.
The third session.
This session was fun as it was Chinese New Year Week. I decided to give them the same theme and creating Chinese New Year ornaments.
My three heroes in class. Sean Cheng, Bryan Tan and Mitchell Saw.
Second lesson of my weekly sessions.
Here the students were given a theme “A Day Out”.
Benjamin Koh and Julia Ang, painting is a breeze to them.
New Batch of 2008
I would like to welcome back all the students of old and new younglings who just joined the class. WELCOME!!
The first session begins with the students drawing different facial expressions.
